Modification

As well as having the capabilities to design and manufacture valves, YPS Valves Ltd can, subject to end user specifications and service applications, take a 'stock' valve and convert to required specifications. Since the formation of YPS Valves Ltd this service has been an integral part of our valve supply options enabling a valve solution to be offered within in 'weeks' rather than 'months' and appeals to the maintenance requirements of the industries we serve.

This service compliments our extensive stocking range allowing the Customer, with the assistance of our Technical Product Engineers, to select a donor valve and modification to meet the service application, delivery period and budget. All valves modified by YPS Valves Ltd are subjected to our stringent quality systems and are provided with the necessary YPS Valves Ltd certification. YPS Valves Ltd are an approved modifier of Velan, OMB and Neway as well as our own Langley stock product.

Modified valves are CE marked where necessary to comply with European Pressure Equipment Directive.
